Hands Off Treatment includes Normatec Compression, Infrared Sauna and Cryotherapy. Each session includes all 3 modalities. You can use one or all modalities in each visit.

Hands on|Sports Massage
Sports Massage uses a combination of Myofascial, Neuromuscular, & other techniques will be utilized as needed to get each client the results intended.
This service can be full body (60mins) or half body (30mins) depending on your needs.
Hands on| Body Work
Body Work is a combination of treatment modalities used to help treat/alleviate muscle pain/soreness, acute injuries etc. Treatment modalities may include but are not limited to: Assisted PNF Stretching, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, Cupping/IR Cupping, Dry Needling etc.
This service can be full body (60mins) or half body (30mins) depending on your needs.
